“spirits”, and craft beverages. This event will bring together industry experts, chefs, drink masters, and enthusiasts for a unique and immersive experience. Our goal is to educate, entertain, and elevate the conversation around cannabis and its pairing with fine food and drink.
We are pleased to announce that in August of 2024, Injaga applied for the approval of the National Culinary Infusion Day to be May 3rd of every year. We also requested that Injaga Foodies Festival be the official event to celebrate the holiday. At the end of September of 2024, we received approval to our proposal.
This approval comes with media proclamation to over 20,000 media sources that follow the National Day Calendar. This informs the media and allows them to prepare stories, prep for coverage, etc. This benefit is part of our sponsorship packages and some of our vendor packets. Our Venue is a 9000 sq ft warehouse with a garden and multiple spaces within the venue. We are expecting 400 attendees at any time during the two day event. When attendees enter, they will be able to view/participate in multiple events taking place during the festival. Some of our amazing event add-ons are:
Chef competition for cash prizes. Judged by celebrity chefs and performed live during the event.
Tastings by chef’s in attendance that also provides guests the opportunity to vote on their top choices.
Celebrity Guests have signed up to perform kitchen Demos for guests. Celebrity Guests give tips and tricks!
Local and national musical artists will perform live during the event to create a vibe that no one can refuse!

Tamara Anderson is Founder of Culinary & Cannabis, an all sensory interactive cannabis event production company. Tamara oversees daily operations and growth for Culinary & Cannabis including online content, marketing, and brand partnerships. A pastry chef, registered nurse, and MMJ patient herself who progressively and knowledgeably understands the complex intersection of medical cannabis and traditional healthcare, Tamara’s focus helps educate folks on total plant use by providing unique experiences for learning and education.
